Purpose sounds like something vast, which is why people wait for a vision instead of starting. It usually begins much smaller: one problem, solved properly, for people who actually needed it solved. From there it extends, because doing one thing well shows you the next thing.

Pick a single specific problem you could genuinely fix and fix it thoroughly. Do not look for the grand version. Grand versions are usually assembled backwards from small ones.
