Pick the fights worth your Tuesday. Most of them aren’t.
STILLNESS
STILLNESS
Arguing costs more than it looks like it costs. An hour of it, plus the rest of the day spent rerunning it, plus the mood you carry into practice afterward. Most of what pulls you in is not actually important: a bad take in a group chat, somebody’s tone, a comment that was probably not even about you.
Before you engage, ask whether you will still care about this on Thursday. If not, let it go by without a reply and watch how fast it dies. Save the real energy for the few things that change something, because there are a few.
Which disagreement will you honestly not remember by next week?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
