Not every season is a sprint. Some weeks you just need to walk and notice things.
STILLNESS
STILLNESS
A constant pace is not a sign of seriousness, it is just one gear. Some stretches really do call for pushing hard, and others call for maintenance, recovery, or simply noticing what is around you. Running every week at the same speed usually means arriving at the ones that matter already worn down.
Name the week you are actually in before you plan it. If this is a walking week, plan it like one, with fewer commitments, earlier nights and one thing done properly rather than five half done. The next sprint will go better for it.
Does your week call for speed or for slowing down?
