One day of work is invisible. A hundred days stacked is a whole new silhouette.
REFLECTION
REFLECTION
Progress is invisible at the resolution of one day, which is why most quitting happens in the first few weeks. Nothing looks different after a single session of anything, and your mind reads no visible change as no change at all. The accumulation is real. It just refuses to report daily.
Measure over months instead of mornings. Keep a plain log with one mark for every day you did the thing, and look back at it after eight weeks rather than judging it after two. Trust the count, and let the individual day feel unremarkable.
What have you done a hundred times without noticing the stack?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
