When a stranger goes out of their way to be cruel online, you’re reading their diary, not your review.

Effort is the tell. Somebody who stops what they were doing, opens your post, and types something designed to hurt is spending their own evening on it, and that spending says something about the state they are in. It is not a measured opinion about you. It is whatever they are carrying, pointed at the nearest available person.

You do not have to read it twice or answer it at all. Block, report, close the app, and tell someone you trust if it keeps happening. None of that is weakness, and none of it was your fault for posting.
