Some of your harshest opinions were just a skipped lunch talking. Eat before you rate your life.
REFLECTION
REFLECTION
Your judgment runs on fuel like everything else. Low on food, short on sleep, and the same day suddenly looks unfixable, your friends look distant, your future looks narrow. Nothing changed except your body’s supply. The thoughts still arrive with full confidence, which is what makes them so convincing.
Before you make a big call about how things are going, check the boring stuff first. Have you eaten, slept, had water, been outside at all. Deal with whichever one is missing and then see if the opinion survives, because a lot of them do not.
How many of your bad moods started with a skipped lunch?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
