Notice how you change between your friends, your family and your coach. The part that never changes is the real you.
STILLNESS
STILLNESS
Everybody runs slightly different versions depending on the room, and that is not dishonesty, it is how people work. The vocabulary shifts, the volume shifts, the jokes shift. What matters is the thin layer that survives all of it: the thing you would not do in any room, the way you treat someone who cannot help you. That layer is the actual material.
Run through three settings from last week and name what held steady across all of them. Finding nothing is worth sitting with rather than panicking over. Often the constant is there and you have simply never had to name it.
