Know your flaws like a mechanic knows an engine: clearly, calmly and with a plan.
STILLNESS
STILLNESS
There are two useless ways to handle a flaw: pretend it is not there, or treat it as proof you are broken. Neither one fixes anything and both cost energy. A mechanic looking at a rattling engine does not moralize about it. They locate it, name it, and decide what to do, which is the only stance that leads anywhere.
Name one thing you do that reliably causes you trouble, in plain words and without adjectives. Then write down the specific circumstance that sets it off. Handle the circumstance this week rather than the character, because the circumstance is the part you can move.
Can you name one flaw of yours calmly, without flinching?
