Reading is the cheapest unfair advantage on the planet. Most people just won’t use it.

Almost everything anyone figured out the hard way got written down by somebody, and the cost of getting it is a library card and some hours. That is an absurd trade, and it stays available because reading is slow and slightly boring next to everything competing for the same time. Very few people actually do it, and the ones who do end up knowing things nobody around them knows.
Pick one book connected to something you care about and read twenty pages a day. Choose the topic yourself rather than taking a list. Finish it, because one finished book teaches more than four you started.
How many pages did you actually read this week?
