Names get handed down when somebody decides a person is worth pointing a whole child at. That has little to do with being widely known and everything to do with being steady, kind and hard to embarrass over years. Cousins, younger siblings, friends’ kids, they are all quietly noting who turned out well. The decision gets made out of a hundred ordinary days rather than one impressive one.

Ask who would even consider it and what they would be hoping the kid picked up. If the honest answer is nothing yet, that is fine at your age. Choose the trait you would want borrowed and work on that one.
