Hearing your laugh in your little brother’s laugh is a weird, sweet way to realize you’re already rubbing off on people.

Influence happens whether or not you signed up for it. It shows first in surface details, a laugh, a phrase, the way you hold a fork, and those are the visible edge of a much larger copy job. Whatever you do about pressure, about losing, about people who annoy you, all of that is transferring on the same channel. You are already teaching, mostly without saying anything.

Pick one thing you would be glad to see come back at you. Do that one deliberately when somebody younger is in the room. Not a performance, just the version of yourself you would not mind duplicated.
