Wanting to go pro while practicing an hour a week isn’t a dream. It’s a math problem.

Wanting something badly does not change the hours it requires. An hour a week is roughly fifty hours a year, and the people at the level you are picturing are somewhere past that by a wide margin. That is not a verdict on your talent, just a gap between what you are aiming at and what you are putting in.
Write down the honest number of hours you put in last month. Then decide either to raise it on purpose or to keep the thing as something you love without the pro attached. Both are real answers, and the vague version in between is the only one that hurts.
