Knowing your weak spots isn’t negative thinking. It’s scouting your own team.

Naming what you are bad at is not the same as deciding you are bad. A coach who watches film of their own side is not being pessimistic, they are finding the gaps before someone else does. Weak spots you can name become things you work on or work around. The ones you refuse to look at just keep costing you the same points.
Write down three things you know you are not good at yet, in plain words and with no apology attached. Pick one to actually practice and one to plan around. Leave the third alone, because knowing it is there already beats not knowing.
Can you name your weakest skill without flinching?
