Ask yourself honestly: would you want to hang out with you this week?

REFLECTION

WHAT THIS MEANS

Flipping it around puts you on the other side of the table for a minute. Not whether you are a good person, but whether the week you just had was good company: how much of the talking was complaining, whether you were actually there. Some weeks the answer is yes, and some weeks you have been hard work, which is usually temporary.

Run the question on the last seven days without making it a verdict on you. If the answer is not great, pick the one thing that made you heavy going and change it. Often it is smaller than it feels: one question asked, one complaint left unsaid.
