Running on empty isn’t a character flaw. Refuel before you start judging the engine.

STILLNESS
Fatigue is a supply problem rather than a moral one. Running short on energy tells you something needs replacing, the way an empty tank does, and no amount of criticism puts any of it back. Judging yourself for it adds a second drain on top of the first. Depletion is a condition, and conditions have causes.
Before deciding anything about your discipline, check the obvious inputs: sleep, food, water, how long since a real day off. Fix the cheapest one tonight. Assessment gets much more accurate once you are not running on empty.
