Constant urgency eventually makes genuinely urgent things harder to recognize.

REFLECTION
If everything is treated as urgent, urgency stops carrying information. Your body keeps running the alarm response for emails and errands, and by the time something genuinely important arrives you have no spare gear and no way to tell it apart from the noise. Constant emergency is not a sign of a demanding life so much as a sign that nothing has been sorted.
Go through this week’s list and mark what would actually matter in a month. Let the rest move at ordinary speed, even where it feels uncomfortable to do so. Reserving urgency keeps it useful.
