Your inner critic talks a lot but never shows receipts. Answer it with evidence.

REFLECTION
The voice that runs you down is confident and almost entirely unsupported. It states conclusions about your ability as though they were established facts, and it never cites a single instance, because it is not reasoning from evidence in the first place. It is a habit of speech you picked up somewhere, running on repeat.
Next time it makes a specific claim, write the claim down and go looking for actual cases. You will usually find a mixed record rather than the disaster it described. Arguing with the tone gets you nowhere. Asking it for examples ends the conversation quickly.
