Even when your options are few, the choice between them is still yours. Small choices still steer.

Constraint is real and does not always yield to attitude. Within whatever range you actually have, though, there is still a selection being made, and small selections accumulate into direction over time. That is not the same as saying your situation is your fault, which it may well not be.

Look at the choices genuinely available this week, even the minor ones. Make two of them deliberately and notice that the steering, however slight, is still yours.
