Some choices will make sense to other people only years later. You don’t need their approval to go now.
REFLECTION
REFLECTION
Some decisions cannot be justified in advance to people who are standing outside them, because the evidence arrives after the fact. Waiting for the room to approve means waiting for a result you can only get by going. Being misread for a while is the normal condition of doing something unusual.
If you are confident about a choice and cannot explain it to everyone’s satisfaction, go anyway and skip the campaign. Tell the people who need to know and leave the persuading. The explanation will be much easier to give later.
What would you start today if nobody understood it yet?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
