Carry fear like a backpack, not a blindfold. You can bring it along and still see where you’re going.

REFLECTION
Fear is not something you have to get rid of before you move, and waiting for its absence is what keeps people in place for years. Carried rather than obeyed, it is merely heavy, and heavy is manageable. The trouble starts only when it is allowed to determine what you can see.
Take the fear with you into the next thing rather than trying to talk yourself out of it first. Let it sit there while you act anyway. You will notice it gets lighter with distance travelled, not with argument.
Where does fear stop you from seeing your options clearly?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
