Finish something tiny this week: a poster, a verse, a clip. Small wins teach you what finishing feels like.

RESILIENCE

WHAT THIS MEANS

Finishing is a separate skill from making, and it can only be practised on things small enough to actually complete. A long project gives you one repetition every few months, which is not enough to learn anything from. Small pieces give you the whole arc often enough that endings stop being unfamiliar territory.

Choose something you could complete in an afternoon and take it all the way, including the boring last ten percent. Do that a few times and the larger project will feel less like a cliff.

A QUESTION TO SIT WITH

What tiny thing could you finish before Sunday night?
