A project too big to finish is a project too big to start. Shrink it until you can see the end.
REFLECTION
REFLECTION
Something you cannot picture completing will stay unstarted, because part of you already knows there is no route from here to the end. That knowledge shows up as reluctance rather than as a clear thought, which is why it gets mistaken for laziness. A visible finish is what makes beginning possible.
Cut the idea down until the end is in view from where you stand. A smaller version that exists beats a large one that never does, and the large one is usually still available afterward.
What size would let you see the end from the start?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
