People allocate their attention, their invitations and their opportunities according to who has proven dependable, whatever they say about talent or charm. It happens below the level of conversation, in small adjustments nobody announces. Being interesting gets you into the room, and being reliable determines what happens after that.

Look at the commitments you have already made and find which ones you have been loose about. Tighten one. If you are overextended, withdraw from something openly instead of letting it decay into a missed message.
