Time exposes priorities by showing what survived all your “I’ve been busy.”
STILLNESS
STILLNESS
What survives a busy period is what you actually prioritised, whatever you told yourself. Everyone is genuinely busy and the busyness still allocates: the things that got done were ranked above the things that did not. That is uncomfortable to look at and it is also the most honest information available about your priorities. It usually contains at least one surprise.
List what has kept happening during your busiest months and what quietly stopped. Ask whether that ordering matches what you would choose. Where it does not, protect one of the dropped things with an actual appointment.
