Showing up to practice and being at practice are two different attendance records.
STILLNESS
STILLNESS
Physical presence is the easy half, and it is the half that gets recorded. You can put in the full two hours, go through every drill, and spend the whole time somewhere else in your head, and the attendance sheet will not know the difference. The gap between the two shows up months later, in what you can actually do.
Pick one session this week and be entirely in it. One thing to work on, phone in the bag, real effort on the reps that are easy to coast through. You will know which half you have been doing by how tired you are afterward.
Where do you clock in physically but check out mentally?
