Write down how you’ll treat people when you make it. Then start treating them that way now.

REFLECTION
People assume success will make them generous, when it mostly amplifies whatever was already running. The habits you hold while resources are thin are the ones that scale up; the ones you intend to adopt later rarely arrive. Waiting for conditions to be right is how the intention quietly expires. Character does not switch on at the finish line.
Write down how you want to treat people when things go well. Then find the version of that you can manage at your current scale and start there. The practice is the thing, not the size of it.
How would you treat people if you had already made it?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
