Follow-through is the résumé nobody asks for but everybody reads.
REFLECTION
REFLECTION
People form their working opinion of you from a small set of observations: whether the thing you said you would do arrived, and whether it arrived when you said it would. That record is assembled without your involvement and travels faster than any account you might give of yourself. It is also the easiest one to improve, since it asks for reliability rather than brilliance.
Look at what you have currently promised and close the oldest item this week. If something cannot be done, say so now instead of letting it expire quietly. Finishing small things visibly beats starting impressive ones.
What would your record of finishing things say about you?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
