If you never rest, your team learns to fake being fine. Take the break so they can too.
STILLNESS
STILLNESS
Rest is one of the permissions a group takes from whoever is in front. If you are always available and never visibly stop, the honest answer to how are you becomes unavailable to everyone, and people start performing endurance instead of managing it. Exhaustion then hides until it breaks something.
Take an actual break where people can see you take it, and do not apologize for it or work quietly through it. Say plainly that you are tired when you are. One person doing that openly changes what the rest of the group feels able to admit.
When did you last take a real break without guilt?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
