A busy life fills the hours. A full life fills you. They look the same on a calendar.

REFLECTION

WHAT THIS MEANS

Occupancy and nourishment are not the same measurement, and a schedule cannot tell them apart. Two identical weeks, equally packed, can leave one person steadier and another hollowed out, because what matters is not how the time was used but what it gave back. Busyness is easy to see and easy to mistake for a life.

At the end of a full day, ask which parts left you with more than they took. Do that for a week and a pattern appears. Then defend the entries that gave something back, and let a few of the others go.

A QUESTION TO SIT WITH

Which busy day left you empty by the evening?
