Dreams need editing like essays. The first draft always says too much and means too little.

CREATIVITY
A first version of any ambition is usually crowded with everything you have ever admired, borrowed from several different lives at once. That is why it sounds impressive and gives you nothing to do on Monday. Editing is how a vague want turns into a specific one, and specific wants are the only kind you can act on.
Write down what you say you want, then cross out whatever is there because it sounds good out loud. Keep the part you would still choose if nobody ever heard about it. Cut until one sentence is left that tells you what to do next.
Which of your plans needs cutting down to one line?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
