Walk like the version of you that already made it. The paperwork can catch up later.

Behaviour does not have to wait for status. How you carry yourself, how you prepare, how you treat people, all of it is available before anybody confirms anything, and it usually arrives before the confirmation does. This is not pretending to be something you are not. It is working to the standard you are aiming at rather than the one your current position permits.

Ask what the settled version of you would do about the thing in front of you this week, then do that. Not the outfit, the conduct. Recognition tends to follow behaviour rather than lead it.
