REFLECTION
REFLECTION
Anything that has to be resupplied daily is not a foundation. External approval genuinely feels good and fades on a predictable schedule, which is why the next post starts to feel necessary instead of fun. The problem is not that you enjoy it; almost everyone does. The problem is building on something that runs out by evening.
Notice how long the good feeling actually lasts after something does well. Then find one thing that still feels solid three days later, and give more of your week to that instead.
