Rushed coffee is bitter and weak at the same time. Some things need their minutes.

Hurry does not simply produce less of a good thing. It produces a different and worse thing. Push a process faster than it runs and you get harshness without depth, which is why rushed work often manages to be thin and unpleasant at once. Certain results are not made of effort alone. They are made of elapsed time.
Look at what you have been trying to compress lately, whether a conversation, a piece of work or a recovery. Give one of them its actual minutes and see what changes. Waiting is doing something, even when it looks like nothing from outside.
What have you rushed lately that needed more time?
