Today’s ceiling is next year’s floor if you keep building.
REFLECTION
REFLECTION
The limit you are pressing against is not a fixed feature of the world, it is a description of your current capacity. What feels like your maximum in March becomes an unremarkable Tuesday by the following spring, assuming the work continues in between. The ceiling moves up with you and stops looking like a ceiling.
Write down what currently feels like your hardest version of the thing, with the date next to it. Keep going and read the note in six months. Seeing an old limit become ordinary does more for your nerve than any amount of encouragement.
What feels impossibly hard for you now but routine later?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
