Two weeks of effort doesn’t earn you six months of results. The math doesn’t work.

REFLECTION

WHAT THIS MEANS

Results are priced in time, and the price is not negotiable by intensity. Two hard weeks can build momentum, a habit and some real skill, and they cannot produce what a season produces, because part of what you are waiting for is simply the accumulation of repetitions. Feeling cheated at week three is the normal place to quit.

Set your expectation on the calendar rather than on your effort. Decide what you would reasonably have after three months, write it down, and stop checking against a fantasy. Two weeks in, the only honest question is whether you can keep going.
