Someday has no date, no alarm and no reminder set. That’s why nothing on that list ever happens.
REFLECTION
REFLECTION
An intention without a time attached is a preference rather than a plan. Nothing about it ever comes due, so it never competes with the things that do, and it can sit untouched for a decade while still feeling like something you are going to do. The vagueness is comfortable precisely because it protects you from starting.
Take one item off that list and give it a date, a length, and a place in the week. Make it small enough that the date is believable. What is on the calendar happens, and what is not does not.
What would you put on the calendar if you meant it?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
