If you’re always the one fixing things, ask who’s fixing you.

Being the reliable one arranges a relationship in one direction without anybody deciding to. Once the role settles, people stop noticing that you have needs of your own, not out of malice but because the pattern is convenient and you keep supplying it. The cost accumulates quietly and only on your side.
Name one person you could ask something of this month, then actually ask. Keep it small and specific so nobody has to guess. Being the helper does not disqualify you from being helped, though someone has to break the pattern and it will probably be you.
Who checks on you while you are repairing everyone else?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
