When the room gets heavy, go around the block. The block is undefeated.
STILLNESS
STILLNESS
Changing your physical position changes your state faster than reasoning about it does. Walking gives the body something to do with the charge it is holding, and the surroundings break the loop that was running. Nothing about the problem changes; your capacity to look at it does.
When a room turns airless this week, leave it for ten minutes instead of staying and enduring. Outside if you can, at an ordinary pace, with no phone. Come back and notice that the same conversation has different dimensions.
Where do you walk when a room becomes too much?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
