You won’t figure yourself out by thinking alone. You figure yourself out by trying things and seeing how they fit.

REFLECTION

WHAT THIS MEANS

Reflection has a ceiling. You can think carefully about who you are and still be working from theory, because a great deal of self-knowledge only exists on the other side of an attempt. How something suits you is not a question you can answer in advance of doing it, however honestly you consider it.

Turn one open question into a small experiment this month. Not a commitment, just a trial with a clear end. The point is to gather evidence rather than to succeed, and a thing that turns out not to fit is a useful result rather than a wasted month.

A QUESTION TO SIT WITH

Would you learn more by trying it than thinking about it?
