Tight shoulders and a clenched jaw are your body leaving you voicemails. Check your messages.
REFLECTION
REFLECTION
Your body keeps a record of strain that your thinking has decided to ignore. The jaw, the shoulders, the shallow breathing: those are not separate problems to be stretched away but reports on something you have been carrying without acknowledging. They usually arrive well before you would consciously admit that anything is wrong.
Do a slow check once a day of where you are holding tension. When you find some, ask what has been going on this week rather than only releasing it. The tension will come back if the thing it is reporting on is still there.
