After a breakup, take a month to remember what music you liked before someone else picked the playlist.
REFLECTION
REFLECTION
Sharing a life with someone means a lot of small preferences quietly merge, and afterward it is genuinely hard to remember which ones were yours. Music is the obvious one, and it extends to food, routines, opinions and how you spend a Sunday. None of that is a loss so much as an untangling that takes a while.
Give it time rather than forcing a verdict. Go back to things you liked before and notice which still land. Some will and some will not, and both answers are useful as you work out what the current version of you actually prefers.
What did you stop liking because someone else was not into it?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
