Most of your life runs on default settings you never chose. Go into settings.
REFLECTION
REFLECTION
Most of a life runs on arrangements nobody chose deliberately. What time you wake, what you eat, who you speak to, what you do with the first hour: these settled early, usually because of a timetable or a household that no longer exists. Defaults are not wrong, only unexamined.
Pick one default this week and change it on purpose, even trivially. A different route, a different first hour, something different on in the background. The point is less the improvement than the reminder that any of it can be adjusted at all.
What part of your routine did you inherit rather than pick?
