Apps come and go. Being able to write clearly, fix things, and talk to people never gets deleted.
RESILIENCE
RESILIENCE
Platforms rise and vanish, and the specific knowledge of how to work them goes with them. What survives is the underlying ability: making yourself understood in writing, making a broken thing work, getting along with people who are not like you. Those carry into whatever comes next, because they were never about the tool.
Spend some of your practice on the skill rather than the platform. Write something long enough to be hard, fix something instead of replacing it, have a conversation with somebody twice your age. None of it will trend, and all of it keeps.
If every app vanished, which of your skills would remain?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
