Trust is not needing their live location every hour to feel okay.
STILLNESS
STILLNESS
Constant checking is usually worry wearing the clothes of care. Knowing where someone is every hour does not build security, it builds a habit that needs feeding, and the relief lasts about as long as the last update. Trust feels like not needing to look. The absence of that urge is the thing actually worth wanting.
Notice what you are afraid of in the moment you reach to check. Try a day without it and watch what the fear does when it goes unfed. If the worry points at something real, say it to the person rather than tracking them.
