Hang out with someone who disagrees with you on purpose. It’s the cheapest upgrade your brain can get.

Rooms where everyone agrees feel like clarity and are mostly repetition. Your thinking never gets tested there, so it grows confident without growing accurate. Someone who sees things differently does for free what nothing else can do, which is show you the parts of your reasoning that held up only because nobody pushed on them.

Have one real conversation this month with a person whose view you do not share, and go in hunting for their strongest point rather than their weakest. Ask a question you do not know the answer to. You do not have to change your mind for it to be worth it.
