Delete it all you want. Somebody already screenshotted it.

Anything sent leaves your hands the moment it lands, and the delete button manages your copy rather than the world’s. Worth knowing, and not worth being frightened of, because the practical response is not silence. It is writing the way you would speak if the room were slightly larger than the one you can see.

Give yourself a short pause before anything you might need to retract later. Read it once as though someone you respect were reading it too. Most of what you would regret does not survive that second look, and the rest is fine to send.
