Wanting more doesn’t mean hating what you have. You can be grateful and still hungry.

Gratitude and appetite get treated as a pair you must choose between, as though wanting something further on were an insult to where you are. In most people who are genuinely content they sit together without trouble. Resenting what you have makes you worse at getting more, because it ruins the base you are working from. Liking it takes nothing away from the drive.
Say what is already good about your situation out loud or on paper this week, and then say what you are working towards, in the same sitting. Notice if your ambition only ever runs on dissatisfaction, because that engine burns out.
What are you grateful for even while you want more?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
