Good habits you pass on to one person end up helping people you’ll never meet.

A habit is portable in a way advice never is. Teach one person to clean as they go, arrive early, or write the thing down, and they carry it into rooms you will never enter and pass it to people you will never meet. Small transmissions outlast big statements for exactly that reason. Nobody remembers where a good habit came from, which is what makes it durable.
Pick one practice of yours that genuinely works and hand it over properly to somebody younger. Show them how, not just that. Then let go of it, because the point is that it stops being yours.
