Successful people still have doubts. They’ve just learned to work with doubt in the room.

LEADERSHIP
Doubt does not get removed by success, it gets reclassified. People who are good at something still open the day wondering whether they are any good, and the only difference is that they stopped waiting for the feeling to clear before starting work, which is why confidence looks from outside like its absence. Certainty is not a prerequisite. It was never on offer in the first place.
So stop treating doubt as a reason to pause and treat it as weather. Do the practice, send the application, walk into the audition unsure. Notice afterwards that the doubt was present throughout and did not actually stop you.
What would you start today if doubt were allowed to stay?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
