Success has no group deadline. Friends hitting milestones first isn’t a verdict on you.

LEADERSHIP
No shared schedule exists and no cohort is being graded together. Friends reaching things earlier can feel like a result coming in, yet the events are not comparable, the timing leans heavily on luck and circumstance, and nobody is being ranked. The feeling comes from everything landing in one feed, side by side, as though it were a table. It is not a table.
So write out the few things you actually want and roughly when you want them, and measure against that instead. Then when somebody’s news arrives you can be plainly pleased about it, because it is not an entry in your column.
Whose milestone made you feel behind when nothing was actually wrong?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
